  • Andrew Howden
    Andrew Howden is the General Manager for the ASEAN region in IMS Health. He has 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry spanning roles in sales and business management at the national, international and regional level across Asia and Europe. He is the course director of the Strategic Marketing Program.
  • Chay Swee Hwa
    Chay Swee has spent 25 years with IMS and is an experienced trainer of pharmaceutical executives. She has developed and tailored a number of courses and is course director for the Introduction to Product Management program.
  • Chew Toh Tseng
    Chew Toh Tseng is an experienced trainer and lecturer with over 27 years pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience. Over the course of the last eight years he has lectured for five private institutions in Singapore on a range of sales and marketing topics.

    Dean conducts the Why Market Research training program in the Asia Pacific region, a two-day course covering all the basic market research concepts and processes.
  • Douglas Lim Waitiong
    Douglas Lim Waitiong has worked in the healthcare industry since 1983 and spent the last 20 years based in mainland China. He has extensive sales and marketing experience gained from roles spanning management, planning and sales and product training in major pharmaceutical corporations.

    Francisco is a full-time faculty member and Director for Consulting & Extension Services at the School of Statistics, University of the Philippines.
  • Geoffrey Whitehead
    Geoffrey is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with significant industry expertise and a comprehensive understanding of all facets of operational and functional growth and development for research-based Pharma companies. He has worked in the Asia Region for over 10 years and is fully conversant with the environmental and cultural nuances of this region. He is the course director for the Strategic Marketing Program.
  • John Anthony Williams
    John Anthony Williams has extensive `hands-on’ knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry gained from roles in sales, product management, district sales management, national sales management, business development, training and development, and marketing at senior executive level. He has run numerous sales and marketing programs for IMS over the past 2 years.
  • Lun Kwok Chan
    Professor Lun has been a university lecturer for over 30 years and has won several teaching excellence awards. He has extensive experience in biostatistics and epidemiology, clinical trial methodologies, biomedical informatics and medical demography and is the course director for the Clinical Trial Methodologies Program and Practical Forecasting Workshop.

    A former university lecturer, Marcus has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years and has extensive experience in training and management development. He is the course director for the Senior Sales Management and Strategic Marketing Programs.
  • Meaghan Lynch
    Meaghan Lynch is Practice Leader of Pricing and Market Access at IMS Health Asia Pacific. She is experienced in health care policy and health economics and conducts economic evaluations of new health care technologies for reimbursement submissions throughout Asia-Pacific. She is the course director for the health economics program.
  • Ng Mei Woon
    Ng Mei Woon is an experienced specialist lecturer in a tertiary institution, specializing in management and marketing modules. She is also a certified trainer in action-based training. Her lectureship and training programs draw on her strong background in the pharmaceutical industry managing sales and marketing teams.

    Nguyen Thanh Nhat brings a wealth of practical industry experience in sales and marketing management and training in Vietnam. More than one hundred medical representatives have been trained and supported by his skills and knowledge.

He has more than 14 years experience in teaching and training, including various courses in Operations Research/Management Science at both undergraduate and graduate level.

    Pitchapon is the Sales and Marketing manager at IMS Health Thailand. As a certified IMS and BizPro 8-Solutions trainer, he has conducted sales training and product management courses for more than 300 medical representatives and product managers of multinational companies.

    A former university teacher, Simon is a pioneer in healthcare market research in China. His expertise in market research and consultancy spans clinical strategy, pricing and reimbursement, product portfolio management, product life cycle management, promotional resources optimization and sales force effectiveness. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a successful trainer for multiple client in-house training programs.

    Siva Sivarajasingam is a former Associate Professor in Quantitative Genetics and has over 30 years experience in research, teaching and post-graduate student supervision. More recently he has provided consulting services to health professionals in Australia and internationally. He is the course director for the Practical Forecasting Workshop.

    Stephen is president, Asia Pacific, for IMS Health operations in Australasia, Southeast/East Asia and South Asia. He has more than 17 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is the course director for the Sales Force Effectiveness and Strategic Marketing Programs.

    Stephen Walter heads IMS Health Consulting & Services for the Asia Pacific region. He has spent more than 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry in the Asian region, in roles spanning sales, marketing and management, and is an experienced leader of high performing teams.
  • Wil Hokama
    Wil has a strong pharmaceutical and business background in Asia in roles spanning regional operations in business and strategic planning, administration, project management, training and marketing. He has extensive training/teaching experience in sales and marketing, business strategy, and international business and regularly lecturers in university programs across the region.
