Chris Homan is a Principal at IMS Consulting. He has participated in a wide range of cases involving corporate strategy, organisational design, business development, merger integration, cluster strategy and portfolio management. Chris led various projects with global and regional life sciences, insurance and chemicals companies in the United States, Europe, Asia.
Prior to joining IMS, Chris has worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and as partner at The Monitor Company for their respective Life Sciences practices. At Aventis (now Sanofi-Aventis), Chris was responsible for global R&D Portfolio Management. Recently, Chris worked for the Plexus Medical Group, a health-care consulting company based in The Netherlands.
Chris received a M.Sc. from Wageningen University, Netherlands. He also holds an MBA degree in general management from The Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
