Alica M. Stanford is a Training Consultant who has been with IMS Learning Solutions & Change Management since 1987. Alica has conducted product, organizational, and professional service training courses for thousands of pharmaceutical industry participants and IMS employees over the past 14 years. A certified Langevin Master Trainer, she conducts courses including: Introduction to IMS Products and Services, In Search of Solutions, Decisions Support Systems, IMS Sales Insights, Essentials in Business Partnerships, Conflict Management, Managing Time and Workflow, and Presentation Skills. Alica also has received her MBTI® certification, enabling her to interpret and facilitate the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®.
Alica holds an MA degree in School and Community Psychology from Seton Hall University. She is an active member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA).
