Karen K. Smith
Karen K. Smith began her career with IMS more than 20 years ago in Supplier Management, where she recruited new suppliers for the IMS prescription database and ensured quality data submissions from all suppliers. Karen also worked for many years in Client Services as an analyst, and later, as a manager working with large and mid-sized pharma accounts. As a Manager of Client Learning Solutions, Karen is responsible for the delivery of all IMS US Product training. In addition, Karen instructs the Introduction to IMS Products and Services course, as well as DDD and Xponent Product Orientations.
Karen received her Bachelor's degree from Gwynedd-Mercy College and has a Master's in Business Administration from La Salle University.
