Francisco is a statistical consultant for both government and private organizations in the Philippines, and a full-time faculty member and current Director for Consulting & Extension Services at the School of Statistics, University of the Philippines. He is also a member of the International Association for Statistics Education and the International Association of Survey Statisticians and an active member of the Philippines Statistical Association.
Francisco’s research interests include multivariate analysis, time series analysis and forecasting, market research and statistical quality control. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Statistics) and a Master of Science (Statistics), from the University of the Philippines Diliman where he is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Philosophy (Statistics).
