Final count down – Launching IMS eLearning Solutions

In the last edition of the newsletter, we talked about the power of eLearning and announced the launch of IMS eLearning Solutions, online eWorkshops offering a fast, creative and proven way to optimise your skills within pharma sales and marketing.

Going live October 1st, IMS eLearning Solutions will only be “a click away”. Hosted in the exclusive eLearning room on IMS Learning Solutions website, individual learners will have access to a library of seven 1-hour pharmaceutical sales e-modules, which can be acquired for immediate access. The library will gradually be expanded with new e-modules for sales representatives, managers and marketing professionals.

Launching October 1st are:

Territory Management
Provides participants with a process of how to analyse data of a territory and set geographic priorities accordingly. It teaches the key skills required for optimal territory analysis, planning and resource allocation.

Physician Insight
Provides participants with the key skills required for efficient segmentation and customer profiling and gives guidance on how to build an effective action plan.

Call Optimisation
Provides participants with the principles and techniques for effective call management and focuses on how to optimise the key steps of the call management process.

Key Account Management
Demonstrates the benefits of building and implementing a key account plan and provides an effective process for profiling key accounts, understanding the decision making process, identifying influence networks and building optimal actions plans.

Call Planning
Demonstrates the benefits of implementing a proper call planning process and provides guidance on how to build an efficient call plan considering issues as call frequency, impact measurement and action planning.

Xperience
Provides detailed information on IMS Xponent data and teaches participants how to create a territory action plan by using IMS Xponent at brick level.

Regional Planning
A follow-up e-module for the three-day Regional Planning Course. Provides guidance for first-line managers on effective business planning, emphasising regional analysis, motivation issues, objective-setting and action planning.
